I’m Alissa Carpio — IFBB Pro, Masters Olympian, mom of two, and a coach who believes in building more than bodies. I believe in building women who are resilient, focused, and unapologetically strong.
After 20 years as a competitive athlete and 15+ years coaching others, I know what it’s like to feel overlooked — even while doing everything “right.” That’s why I created a coaching model that fuses pro-level program design with real, human connection.
I’ve worked with clients across every stage — from first-time lifters to national and pro competitors. My background in sport management, personal training, yoga, and mindset work allows me to tailor every protocol not just to the body… but to the entire person.
